The calendar may disagree but summer starts today here in the United States. It is a holiday weekend.
For most of us that means a home base in an over-priced hotel. For others it means putting the final welcoming touches on their homes as they prepare for honored guests they have never met.
"Dear Nicole,

Roofswappers write to me for advice every day. After all, I am RoofSwap's Advice Columnist.
Steve isn't just any Roofswapper, though. I am driving to his house tomorrow to do my first official home exchange through RoofSwap.
I have swapped homes with other Roofswap.com members before. RoofSwap combines the expertise and geographic diversity of several partner clubs that have decades of experience creating home exchange communities. Many of my past swap partners are now proud RoofSwap members.
This is the first home exchange I have arranged completely through RoofSwap. It was so simple to quickly see all the details and photos of the Connecticut house I'll call home this weekend.
Thanks to RoofSwap's privacy features I was able to make sure this was the right swap for me before revealing my personal email address.
Steve is a first-time Roofswapper. He had a lot of questions. RoofSwap makes it easy for new exchangers to get started with video tutorials that show exactly how to set up a listing and get your dream home exchange vacation.
Summer has started but it's still not too late to set up your July or August roofswap. Will it be New York in June or Paris in July. How about both? RoofSwap makes all your summer vacation dreams an inexpensive reality. What are you waiting for?!?
