RoofSwap recommends speaking to your home swap partner at least once prior to finalizing the details of your exchange. Talking over the phone allows both parties to “get to know each other” and discuss together details regarding home amenities or special instructions.

The service allows you to have a professional translator on a conference call with you and your swap partner to help you to communicate and finalize the house swap details.
With Language Line Services members can:

- Conduct conversations with assured confidentiality
- Create a personal account using RoofSwap's dedicated account code
Using our translation services is easy, just follow these steps:
- Access your personalized RoofSwap / Language Line Account at http://www.languagelineaffiliates.com/langline_home.html?kbid=2016
- You will be re-directed to a secure Language Line page. Click on the Setup An Account button where you will enter basic information including name, email, phone number and credit card information for billing.
- Once you submit your profile, you will be given a PIN and toll free 800 number (US and Canada only). International callers will receive a direct dial line.
- Dial the number and enter your PIN code and follow the instructions to be connected with an interpreter.
- All billing is through Language Line Service's secure online billing and there are no hidden fee's or extra changes other than the cost of the translator.

Retain the confirmation email which contains the phone number and PIN. As a Roofswap member, you can use the same phone number and PIN on all future calls placed to Language Line Services.
