Our home
My home is a large, spacious one bedroom apartment on the 6th floor of a 15 floor building. The apartment has a sunroom with city and water views and lots of natural light. The bedroom also has water views. The building is quiet and secure (keypad security access) with lift access. The flat has high speed internet (wireless if you request the password from me).
Our neighbourhood
My apartment is in the middle of Neutral Bay, which is 10mins (4 miles) to the CBD and 20mins (7 miles) to famous Manly beach. Balmoral beach is also another nearby option. The apartment is in easy, level walking distance to direct buses to the CBD, as well as numerous restaurants, wine bars and a c.
