1000 square foot open concept loft
Our home
My home of ten years has a hardwood floor, very high ceiling, big windows and it's very sunny. A beautiful tree outside fills two of the windows in the summer. There's one bathroom with fairly new and modern fixtures, Ikea furnishing, and some antique wood pieces. Also a flat screen TV with 6 movie channels, HBO Canada, and an internet connection. Great for a non partying single person or a couple. Not good for kids as it's mostly all one big room. It's in a renovated converted warehouse space built in the 1920's. There's a few crooked things here and there. But it's got great character
Our neighbourhood
East of downtown skyscapers, but still very central. In a dynamic action filled neighbourhood with many restaurants, but also very neighbourhoody. 15 minute Bixi public bike ride to the world renowned Montreal Jazz Fest site, 10 minutes to the Comedy Festival, 10 minutes to the Plateau. Within walki.
