Our home
Comfortable and roomy house with lush garden; short walk to Sydney Harbour, great cafes, restaurants, delis and supermarkets, cinema, etc. Excellent train and bus services to downtown
Our neighbourhood
A heritage protected suburb which is predominantly Italian. All you need within easy walking distance plus lots of green space - walking and bicycle tracks, tennis courts, swimming pool, playground. Only 20 mins. by bus or 10 mins. by car to the City centre. .
About us
Recently retired couple - film technician/photographer and social policy consultant. Experienced exchangers - 12 so far. Relaxed, flexible, but extremely reliable. Interested in art, culture, science, politics. Our Sydney home is free 18/12/10 -11/1/11(possibly longer). We would love to go to New York - anywhere in NYC.
