Amazing 3BD apt in Chelsea, The BIG APPLE

Our home

Staying in our spacious (2,000 sq. ft. /190 sq. meter for you Europeans) Chelsea apartment rather than a hotel is the way to visit New York. This bright & airy 15th floor, 3 bedroom 2 bathroom loft is the perfect place to explore the Big Apple. This is a renovated turn of the century building with all modern conveniences. It has 24/7 doorman/concierge service, a full fitness center, washer dryer on each floor and a spacious roof garden for enjoying cocktails with a panoramic views of New York. The apartment unit has a large living/dining area with an adjacent kitchen complete with accessories & all modern appliances (washer/dryer available on the floor). The 3 bedrooms are large, each with a king size bed and ceiling fans. There is a guest closet for each bedroom and each has a recently renovated connecting bathroom. In keeping with the Chelsea area, this fully furnished apartment has modern furniture with contemporary art adorning the walls. The apartment also has: A/C, a stereo with a library of CDs, flat screen TVs in each bedroom. If needed, there is an inflatable queen size mattress bed. Even though we are graduate students, our apartment has been one of the roommates family for years and is far from a typical “college crash pad.”

Our neighbourhood

Chelsea has become the art center of New York with accompanying shops & restaurants. Most of the art galleries in the city are now in this part of town. The location of the apartment building is just off 7th Av., perfect for the theater district (16 short blocks north) or Greenwich Village (14 sho.

rt blocks south), The Meatpacking District with the new Hi-Line Park and some of the city’s best restaurants. Public transportation is convenient being only one block from two of the major subway lines. Within a 10 minute walk there are more 1st class restaurants than you can possibly visit. If you want a relaxing meal in the apartment, there is a top line specialty food store in the building's commercial 1st floor space, with a complete array of gourmet foods- it couldn't be easier. Chelsea is the neighborhood for those who want a central location but still see what a real NYC neighborhood is like

About us

We are 3 graduate students from NYU. Keren is an art student, Alisa loves history and Judy is studying accounting. We love our apartment and keep it very clean. We love to travel around the world and have been on trips together since we met as freshmen. Our favorite things to do are go out at night to our neighborhood wine bars, movies, dinner with friends and eat in fancy restaurants!
