Our home
New York, New York! This is it! The heart of the Theater district: a block from Broadway, walkable to Rockefeller Center, Times Square, Lincoln Center, Central Park, THE Fifth Avenue, MOMA, Time Warner, and every place you have ever heard of. A studio apartment in an art-deco building with a doorman will have you feeling like a New Yorker. Two sleep-sofas for 3 people, an efficient kitchen (but who wants to cook in New York with its great cafes and restaurants) with a pass-through to the living-room/bed-room, an all tiled bathroom with a large shower, vanity sink, and stage lights over the medicine chest. A dressing room for privacy. TV, DVD, electric coffee pot, refrigerator-freezer, microwave, toaster oven and all the dishes and linens you will need. But primarily this apartment is about Location! Location! Location

About us
A retired librarian, I live in a suburban house. I haved 2 grown daughters, 1 daughter-in-law, 2 sons, 1 granddaughter and 1 grandson. My great interest now is in the environment and its preservation. I actively volunter in my community. My sons are musicians, one daughter is a physician and one is an art conservator. The NY listing is not my primary home so exchanges do not have to be simultaneous. I have exchanged 10 times, all of them quite wonderful
