My apartment is bigger than a hotel room but it is very small. It is about 350 square feet. It is in Manhattan. I had some offers but I am worried that people will be disappointed that it is so small. Should I even try to do home exchange? -Sandy

Hi Sandy You'll find that Manhattan is one of the favourite destinations for home exchangers. And I'm sure you'll be inundated with offers. Most exchangers understand that space is limited in New York and they'll be more than happy with a smaller place that has all the comforts of a home. So, don't worry, you'll be fine. Now you just have to make a choice from all those offers! Best wishes Bee

You should definitely do an home exchange regardless of the size of your home. There are many solo travelers and couples who wants to do an home exchange out there. Just specify what you want in your home exchange. Best wishes on your home exchange endeavors.
