Some people like to bring their own, but I find that usually an exchange works out well--it's tit for tat, so each party is "risking" something. Also, unless you have a very expensive computer or all your life's work on it without backup--it's only a computer after all and no one is going to come thousands of miles to steal a computer!

1) Backup your computer.
2) Set up a Guest Account on the computer. That way your own information is protected from prying eyes. If you don't know how, get a little help. It's REALLY easy.
