RoofSwap Forum - First-contact home exchange email.

What should I include in the first email asking for a home exchange? How detailed do you get? What sort of email catches your attention?

I simply state that I want to visit their (state, city, country) and like their listing and would they be interested in swapping. Since my listing on roofswap is attached, they can take their time to peruse it and see if they want to respond or not. Don't get discouraged if you get no response from the 1st or even 2nd note you send out...you'll eventually find the right match!
